Full Description: Created in 1856 by Scot, Pau Golf Club is the ancestor of the French golfs and oldest of continental Europe, and one of the oldest golfs of the world. It celebrates its 150 years this year.

PAU GOLF CLUB is a private club opened with the public which counts 650 members at the beginning of the year 2006. To become member of Pau Golf Club, it is necessary to be sponsored by a member of the club and a member of the management committee.

The members have access to the course all the year, like with the infrastructures of the club, cloakrooms, caddy master and restoring bar.

There are reciprocities with the Spanish golfs, a total exemption from payment with the clubs of the Bubble and Dinard.

From its seniority, Pau Golf Club has bonds privileged with prestigious golfs in Spain, England and France, making it possible to the members to play either free, or in preferential conditions.
